Our primary focus is providing safe, supervised childcare so parents can attend meetings, therapy, and court-mandated programs without worrying about their children. About the Founder
Mike Fanale
Mike Fanale is a behavioral health advocate, storyteller, and founder of CourageCrew. Drawing from personal experience and professional insight, Mike created CourageCrew to address a critical gap in recovery support: accessible childcare for parents navigating their healing journey.
Through CrewCare childcare services, children's books, and community building, Mike is working to remove barriers and create lasting change for families in recovery across Greater Boston and the Outer Cape.
CourageCrew is part of the AMFAM Ecosystem, combining behavioral insight, family support, storytelling, and community compassion to create meaningful impact.
